Private service
Hermes Mail Console is provided for authorised operators and connected mailboxes. It is not a public email service.
Permitted communications
The operator must use the service only for lawful, relevant communications, respect applicable consent and data-protection requirements, identify the sender accurately, and honour every opt-out. The service must not be used for spam, deception, harassment, purchased-list blasting, or attempts to evade provider limits and abuse controls.
Human responsibility
Automated agents may prepare drafts and coordinate work, but the operator remains responsible for recipients, claims, approvals, sending authority, and compliance. Provider availability and delivery are not guaranteed.
Suspension
Mailboxes or campaigns may be paused automatically when credentials expire, delivery failures rise, replies arrive, or safety controls require intervention.
